Shape & Shine Competition Rules
COMPETITION SUMMARY
Shape and Shine is the weight loss program designed to help your pet reach their perfect weight, while giving you the opportunity to win 6 months of dog or cat food from Hill’s Pet Nutrition!
Here is how you enter the program/competition:
- Visit your Vet* to weigh your pet and get a personalized food recommendation and weight loss plan
- Your veterinarian will share a Google Form with you. Answer the questions in the Google Form and upload a picture of your pet from your first Weight check visit at the Vet clinic
- Visit your Vet every 2-4 weeks to check your pet’s weight loss progress
- No later than 15th of May, 2024, fill out the Google Form again to share your pet’s final weight loss results
- The 1 cat and 1 dog that has lost the most weight (in percentage of their starting weight) at the end of the competition will win 6 months worth of food from Hill’s Pet Nutrition

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The competition takes place at www.hillspet.dk. The competition runs from 1st of March to and including May 15th 2024.
2. PARTICIPATION
The competition is open to everyone with a registered address in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Employees of Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS and their families may not participate in the competition.
Participation will only be registered if the competition instructions stated in the sign up form are carried out correctly. The competition is not conditional on purchase. The winner of the competition will be determined based on the pet's percentual weight loss compared to its starting weight.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The competition runs from March 1st to and including May 15th 2024. To enter the competition, the pet parent has to fill in all required information prior to the 14th of April 2024 in the Google Form 1 including the pet owner’s name, email and country of residence, name of vet clinic, pet’s name, pet’s starting weight and upload 1st weigh-in picture. In the first weigh-in picture the pet and the pet’s starting weight must be clearly visible. The Google Form 2 must be filled in up until the 15th of May2024. The Google Form 2 must include the pet owner’s email, 2nd weigh-in picture and date, and pet’s weight at the time which the 2nd weigh-in picture was taken. The 2nd weigh-in picture must clearly show the pet and the pet's final weight.
Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS is entitled to institute any reasonable security measures to ensure that the rules are adhered to. Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS reserves the right to delete duplicate and fraudulent entries, as well as disqualify participants if we suspect any activity not deemed within the spirit of the competition has taken place.
Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS withholds the right to request extra control of weight loss if a valid suspicion of fraud/cheating with the weighing exists.
This competition will be held in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. A total of 8 winners, 2 per country (1 cat winner and 1 dog winner), will be determined on April the 25th, who will be notified directly through the email used in the sign-up form. Winners will need to respond to Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS within 14 days to claim their prize or forfeit this prize. If a prize is not claimed we will re-draw a new prize winner. If the second winner does not claim their prize within the stipulated time, the prize becomes null and void. Should Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Price is as follows: 6 months worth of Hill’s Pet Nutrition dog- or cat food.
The prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is offered. In the event of a dispute, Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. RIGHTS
The Promoter may, without limitation and without restriction, use any material from this Promotion in connection with Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark-related marketing without informing, asking for permission or compensating the Participant. By participating in the campaign, the participant also accepts that selected contributions will be displayed on Hill's Pet Nutrition Nordic’s Instagram and Facebook profile.
Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS reserves the right to alter, cancel or delay this competition without notice.
Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS respects your privacy in accordance with the laws protecting personal data (including without limitation the EU General Data Protection Regulation). If you provide personal data to Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS in connection with this competition, Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS will only process it in connection with the competition, for its record-keeping purposes and in connection with its activities that relate to it. Hill's Pet Nutrition Denmark ApS. and its worldwide affiliates may use and disclose your personal data for these agreed purposes. Except as set forth above, your data will be kept confidential.
Participants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
5. RESPONSIBILITY
This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored or administered by Facebook or Instagram. Information will not be shared with or sold to third parties. All rights to stop, delete or change the content of this promotion rest exclusively with the organizers. The Organizers cannot guarantee personal privacy in relation to material uploaded by third parties and disclaims responsibility for material uploaded by participants.
